VICTORIA FALLS RAINFOREST

At the centre of every trip to Victoria Falls is a visit to the Victoria Falls Rainforest to view the splendour of the mighty Victoria Falls. With 15 incredible viewpoints along the way, you are guaranteed an experience of a lifetime. Remember to take a plastic bag to keep your valuables dry; you’re likely to get a little wet in high water season. There is a café located at the entrance to the rainforest where you can grab a fresh juice or a coffee on your way in or out. You can also browse the curio market next door to the entrance gate.

ZIMBABWE / ZAMBIA BORDER POST

You have to pass through Border Control to access the Victoria Falls Bridge. Remember to take your passport as well as money to buy a visa. Day Visas are available to allow you to visit Livingstone and the Victoria Falls from the Zambian side.

IN-DA-BELLY RESTAURANT

Located on the Victoria Falls Restcamp and Lodges premises, this restaurant serves up hearty Zimbabwean food at the best prices in town. Laze by the pool, play volleyball or enjoy a drink at the bar. Open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, with generous portions and friendly staff, you are always guaranteed a good time.

ELEPHANT’S WALK SHOPPING & ARTIST VILLAGE

Take a stroll to Elephant’s Walk Shopping and Artist Village and browse around some of the best specialty shops and studios Zimbabwe has to offer. Entrance is free, and if you are hungry there are several café and restaurant options available to keep you going.

VICTORIA FALLS BRIDGE

The iconic Victoria Falls Bridge is a must-see. In what is considered a feat of Victorian engineering, the bridge took just 14 months to build. It was opened by Charles Darwin’s son, Professor George Darwin, President of the British Association (now the Royal Society) on 12 September 1905. The spectacular Batoka Gorge and spray from the Falls are visible from the bridge. If you are an adrenaline junkie, there is a 111m (364ft) bungee jump, as well as a host of other activities which are sure to get your blood pumping! All activities can be booked through our friendly in-house booking agents.

ZIMBABWE / BOTSWANA BORDER POST

Your gateway to Kasane, Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta, the Kazangula Border post is about an hour (77km) drive from The Victoria Falls Restcamp and Lodges. Passports and money for visas will be required. Transfers can be organised through our in-house booking agent.
