As the General Manager of Victoria Falls Restcamp and Lodges, Olga is one of our longest standing staff members and has been part of the team since it was founded! She is highly educated and holds a Diploma in Tourism and Travel, a Diploma in Marketing and an Honours Degree in Business Management. Olga enjoys travelling, social work and making new friends. We are proud of all the amazing work she does to ensure that all our guests have a memorable and relaxing stay at Restcamp.

Melody brings her friendliness and hardworking attitude to every task she undertakes in the reservations and reception department. She is not just a pretty face but she is also a smart woman who is finishing up her Degree in Psychology. Melody hopes her continuous efforts with the clients and customer service aspect of her job can lead her to attain a Masters Degree in the future. Melody’s hobbies include socialising and studying.

Charleen has all the insider tips and local knowledge as she has lived in Victoria Falls her whole life. Her hobbies include fishing, French studies, Rotary and sports. We love having her on our team and value her expertise!

As Manager of the reservations team, Fred is one of the newest members of the Victoria Falls Restcamp and Lodges team, having only been with us for two years. However, from his knowledge about Victoria Falls and his job, you would think he has been around for years. Fred’s hobbies include literature, travelling and soccer.

As Head Waiter of the In-Da-Belly Restaurant and Bar, Simba has an infectious smile and is fantastic at spreading his positive energy throughout the team and to the guests. His passions lie in sports, fishing and cooking, and he often inspires the chef with new dishes to try. Simba has big plans in the works for the restaurant and for himself!

Our newly appointed Housekeeping Supervisor, Sharon is a great lover of order, cooking, travel and reading. In addition to her full-time role, Sharon is undertaking an Executive Management course and has plans to be General Manager of Victoria Falls Restcamp and Lodges. Hard work is at the top of her agenda and we value her efforts to make sure that all the accommodation is perfect for the guests to enjoy.

Eddie, as he is known by all, is another long-serving employee of Victoria Falls Restcamp and Lodges and has been part of the team for 21 years! You can see his smiling face at reception as he welcomes you and checks you in. Eddie has a great passion for church, soccer and family and we look forward to having him with us for many more years to come.

Patricia knows her customer service experience will positively impact guests and she ensures they feel welcome and well attended to. Her hobbies include swimming and studying, while also obtaining further qualifications and finishing her Travel and Tourism Degree.
